Configure ticketing and payments walkthrough video

How it works

Step by step

  1. 1

    Create ticket types

Define tiers such as early bird, regular, student, and virtual, each with its own price, currency, quantity, and sale window.

  2. 2

    Add discounts

Create discount codes or early-bird pricing that expires on a date you set, and cap how many times each code can be used.

  3. 3

Attendees check out where payments are enabled

Buyers pay through Stripe-hosted checkout where payments are enabled. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Conferences.Center.

  4. 4

    Send confirmation and QR ticket

On successful payment the attendee receives a confirmation and a ticket with a unique QR code they can save or print.

  5. 5

    Track sales

Watch registrations and revenue update on your dashboard, with a breakdown by ticket type.

  6. 6

    Check in at the door

Scan the QR code at the event to validate and check in each attendee. Used tickets are marked so they can't be scanned twice.
