Exhibitors and lead scanning
Add exhibitors and booths, give each exhibitor team a branded portal, and let them capture leads by scanning badges. Attendees decide what a scan shares.

Exhibitors and lead scanning walkthrough video
Step by step.
- 1.
Add an exhibitor
Enter the company, booth number, zone and category. Link the exhibitor to a sponsor and a sponsor package if it has one.
- 2.
Invite the exhibitor team
Each team gets a branded link to the exhibitor portal, where it edits its profile and sees its deadlines.
- 3.
Scan badges for leads
In the portal, the team opens lead retrieval and scans an attendee's badge QR code with a phone camera.
- 4.
Add leads by hand
If a badge cannot be scanned, the team types the lead in and adds a rating and notes.
- 5.
Respect attendee choices
Attendees decide what a scan shares, so exhibitors only see what each attendee agreed to share.
- 6.
Track leads per booth
Organizers see counts per booth for scans and typed leads and the average rating. Each exhibitor sees its own leads.
