Email campaigns with an AI draft walkthrough video
Step by step.
- 1.
Start a campaign
Name the campaign and choose whether it is promotional or an announcement with operational information.
- 2.
Choose the audience
Send to attendees, authors, reviewers or speakers and narrow the group, for example paid tickets only. The page shows how many people will receive it.
- 3.
Draft with AI
Describe the message in a sentence and the AI writes a subject and body. It is only a starting point.
- 4.
Edit and preview
Edit the text, add formatting and merge fields, and check the live preview, which uses the same renderer as the real email.
- 5.
Respect consent
Promotional email only reaches people who opted in and always carries an unsubscribe link.
- 6.
Review before sending
Sending needs your confirmation that you reviewed the message. You can send a test, schedule it, and cancel unsent email later.
