A typical conference runs on a submission tool, a spreadsheet of reviewers, a shared drive of papers, a registration site, a ticket scanner and a lot of email. Each hand-off between them is a place where a conflict of interest is missed, a decision is lost or an attendee is sent the wrong agenda.
Conferences.Center puts that work in one place. The call for papers, peer review, decisions, the schedule, registration, check-in and the records you keep afterwards all read from the same conference.
How we build it.
- People decide
- Software can draft a schedule, suggest reviewers or read a call for papers. It does not accept a paper, send an invitation or publish a page on its own. A chair or organizer approves each of those.
- Review is confidential by default
- Reviewers see their own queue and nothing else. Blind modes, conflict checks and private comments are part of the workflow, not settings you have to discover.
- One platform, not five tools
- Registrations, tickets, sessions, papers and certificates live in one platform, so a change in one place shows everywhere it appears.
- Your data stays yours
- You can export submissions, reviews, registrations and attendance at any time. We publish how long records are kept and who processes them.
