By accessing or using Conferences.Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including organizers, attendees, reviewers, and administrators.

Conferences.Center provides a comprehensive conference management platform that includes: • Conference creation and management tools • Paper submission and peer review systems • Ticketing and registration management • Scheduling and agenda planning • Attendee networking features • Consent-backed analytics and reporting tools • Advisory AI assistance that remains subject to human review

The current service is a public beta: • Features and limits may change as workflows are validated • Live platform subscription billing and live registration charging are disabled • No uptime service-level agreement or regulatory certification is included • Do not use the beta for data that requires contractual residency, retention, or regulated-processing commitments

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account

For paid services: • Conferences.Center live subscription billing and live registration charging are disabled • Payment demonstrations use Stripe test mode and do not create a real charge • Any future paid service requires separately published pricing or a written order • Event organizers remain responsible for event terms, refunds, and applicable taxes

Users agree not to: • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate intellectual property rights • Attempt to breach platform security • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users • Interfere with other users' access to the platform

• Conferences.Center retains ownership of the platform and its features • Users retain ownership of their content (papers, conference data) • By posting content, you grant us license to display it for platform purposes • We respect copyright and will respond to DMCA takedown notices • Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Conferences.Center is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits due to service interruptions • Issues arising from third-party integrations • Content posted by users • Events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations • Remove content that violates our policies • Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
