Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies Required
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and account access. You cannot opt-out of these cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, a strictly necessary anti-abuse check, loads only on the signup and contact forms without consent and sets no cookies (see Subprocessors).

Optional Analytics Storage Optional
After you explicitly accept analytics, first-party browser storage creates pseudonymous visitor and 30-minute session identifiers and queues minimized usage events. It does not contain your account email.

Preference Storage Required
Local browser storage remembers your analytics choice, visual theme, and the site assistant's chat history and open/closed state (stored only after you open the chat). This information stays in your browser and is not used for advertising.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Use the platform controls for optional analytics. Browser settings can also clear authentication cookies and local storage, but doing so signs you out and resets saved preferences.

What We Do Not Use
Conferences.Center does not currently place third-party advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.
- No advertising pixels
- No cross-site behavioral profiles
- No sale of analytics identifiers
How Long Do Cookies Last?
Current browser-storage durations are:
Access token: 15 minutes by default.
Refresh token: 30 days by default, or earlier on sign-out, revocation, or account deletion.
OAuth session: Up to one hour.
Analytics session: Rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. Consent and pseudonymous visitor preferences remain until you change the choice or clear site data.
